Buying a home can be a
very challenging, frustrating and time consuming task. I have developed a
buyer process to guide my clients through the home buying process. My job is
to help people buy a home, not to sell them one. That’s why I have developed
a unique process designed just for buyers. My goal is to provide clients
with all the information they need and want, so that they are comfortable
with their buying decision.
The home buyer process starts with an interview. This allows me to get to
know you and your wants and needs. This is important as I will then be
better able to show you all of the options that fit within your needs. By
conducting this interview and providing you with an extensive buyer
orientation package, I will save you time and get you closer to owning your
new home.
Through my expertise, I save clients money and possible legal frustration
through the effective negotiation of contracts and acting in your best
interests throughout the home buying process. I also provide my clients with
a computer generated Market Analysis on a property before they enter into an
offer to purchase, such that you know that you are paying fair market value
for a property.
