My market proven techniques are designed to deliver just that! I use a low pressure, information intensive approach when presenting information to clients. I want the seller comfortable with both myself and the services that I will be providing. When a call comes into my office from a seller, I find out what the seller is looking for. I do not try and persuade someone to sell their home. Sometimes, people just want to know what their home is worth. If that is what they want, then that is what I give them. Once a home is listed with me, I provide a weekly report containing all of the marketing activities and showing feedback from that week. Keeping you informed is an absolute must!
